If you contact Dr.ShivamPT by phone, WhatsApp or email, the information you send is handled through that communication service. Avoid sending unnecessary identity documents or detailed medical records through the first-contact form.

No advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies are intentionally included in this launch build. If analytics are added later, this policy should be updated before they are enabled.
Clinical records
Clinical documentation, if created as part of care, is separate from this public website and should be handled through the appropriate clinical record system and applicable privacy requirements.
